About us

Established in 2009 Black Cat Travel has evolved from a single minibus to the bus, coach and taxi firm it is today.

Continual investment and a strong focus on customer service, mixed with the ethos of a family business has been central to our success.

In 2025 we have made significant upgrades to our modern coach fleet, adding high specification, executive vehicles that are fully wheelchair accessible. 

Operating from our depot at Harmston, just south of Lincoln, we proved quality coach and minibus hire with drivers for all occasions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Harmston Depot History

Harmston station was part of the Great Northern Railway and opened in 1867.

The station closed to passengers in 1962, followed by the closure of the line fully as part of the Beeching Report restructure in 1965.

Over the years the station and crossing keepers cottage have turned to domestic residences and the goods yard has been for various reasons from sheet metal fabrications to a haulage yard.

Mostly still intact, apart from the absence of the signal box, its a lovely, quiet rural location we now call our home.
